Duties and responsibilities -Supervise and coordinate all account balance control activities. • Review and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly account balances. • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, cash accounts, and general ledger accounts. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances and financial records. • Monitor customer receivables and supplier payables to ensure accuracy. • Verify the accuracy of journal entries, adjustments, and account postings. • Ensure proper recording of financial transactions in the accounting system. • Prepare account reconciliation reports and submit them to management. • Monitor outstanding balances and recommend corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and financial procedures. • Develop and implement effective internal controls for account management. • Coordinate month-end and year-end account closing activities. • Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
