Responsibilities: • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and building efficiency • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals • Efficiently file and manage documents ana employee records. • Follow up on payments and ensure timely processing. • Accurately document financial transactions. • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports and maintaining office supplies. • Excute tasks outside the office in relation with banks, clients and others. • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Issue receipts • Organizing Sales Invoice, Expense Invoice, Withholding, Incoming Letter, Outgoing Letter, Employee documents, Payroll, Tax documents • Managing all accounting transactions. • Great people and conflict Resolving skills. • Proper documentation • Timely Tax declaration: VAT, Income tax, Pension, withholding • Payroll calculation • Post Peachtree and reconcile • Preparing check payment voucher and petty cash payment voucher • Reconciling bank statements • Preparing CRV Experience: 3 years or more relevant work experience.
