Vacancy announcement for the positions of accounting and finance Position: Finance and Administration Officer (Multipurpose) Workplace: Gurd Shola around ATA (Bole woreda 6), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per company salary scale (Negotiable based on qualification and experience) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Finance, or a closely related field. Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in manufacturing, trading, or import/export companies is an advantage. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation. Record daily financial transactions, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Prepare financial reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and other financial documents. Process tax, import/export, and Ethiopian Customs documentation and support export procedures. Operate Peachtree Accounting Software. Assist in inventory costing, financial audits, procurement documentation, and general administrative operations. Provide administrative and operational support to management and perform other duties assigned while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Required Skills Good knowledge of accounting principles, Ethiopian tax regulations, and Customs procedures. Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
