We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and confident Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing team. Job Summary The Admin Assistant will manage general office administration, team coordination, documentation, and operational support reporting directly to management. This role is ideal for a young, organized, and versatile candidate who can handle multiple tasks with energy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day office operations. • Assist with company documentation, data entry, and record-keeping. • Help coordinate internal communications and team activities. • Provide administrative support across departments as needed (HR, operations). • Assist with simple reports, tracking tasks, and follow-ups. • Represent the company professionally during external assignments and field activities. • Prepare, organize, and process official letters, reports, memos, and other business documents Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. • 1-3 years of experience in administration or office support. • Valid Ethiopian Driving License (Mandatory). • Motivated, proactive, and confident , with strong communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly. • Experience working with government offices, banks, clients, or external stakeholders is an advantage.
