Qualifications & Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience as secretary, administrative officer, or HR assistant. • Residency Requirement: Applicants must strictly reside in Gerji, Megenagna , or Bole areas for proximity to the office . • Skills: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills . - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a strict commitment to confidentiality. - Excellent interpersonal skills and professional workplace etiquette.
