Position Summary DMC Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Unit Management Architect to oversee the complete technical documentation and management of apartment units throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of every unit, including architectural drawings, finish schedules, client modifications, as-built documentation, marketing materials, and sales documentation. This position serves as the primary link between the Design Department, Construction Team, Marketing Department, Sales Department, Procurement Team, and Clients, ensuring that all apartment information remains accurate, coordinated, and up to date from construction through final handover. Key Responsibilities · Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of all apartment units throughout the development. · Prepare, update, and maintain unit-specific architectural drawings, including revisions, client modifications, and as-built documentation. · Track the construction and completion status of every apartment unit. · Prepare and maintain marketing files for every apartment unit, ensuring drawings, floor plans, renderings, specifications, and finish schedules accurately reflect the current status of each unit. · Work directly with the Marketing Department to provide updated plans, visual materials, specifications, and technical information for brochures, advertisements, social media campaigns, websites, and other promotional materials. · Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to ensure every apartment sold is accurately documented, including unit specifications, customer selections, approved modifications, and contractual changes. · Record and manage all client customization requests and coordinate revisions with the design and construction teams. · Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and MEP engineers to maintain fully coordinated project documentation. · Conduct site inspections to verify completed work and update as-built drawings accordingly. · Maintain revision histories and ensure all project documentation is organized and readily accessible. · Support procurement by preparing accurate quantities, finish schedules, and material specifications. · Prepare technical documentation required during apartment handover and customer inspections. · Utilize BIM workflows to maintain coordinated and up-to-date project information. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Architecture. · Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture, construction documentation, or residential real estate development. · Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory. · Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborative project environments is highly desirable. · Strong understanding of residential apartment planning, interior finishes, construction detailing, and as-built documentation. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems for tracking apartment inventories and revisions. · Experience preparing presentation drawings, floor plans, and marketing documentation is highly desirable. · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple apartment units simultaneously. Preferred Attributes · Strong coordination and communication skills with marketing, sales, construction, procurement, and design teams. · Ability to identify discrepancies between site conditions, drawings, and marketing materials. · Experience managing customer variation requests and apartment handover documentation. · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines. · Strong presentation and visualization skills, with experience preparing client- and marketing-facing materials.
