In this role, you will be expected to: • Deliver projects within strict timelines without compromising quality. • Conceptualize and execute creative, innovative, and functional design solutions. • Demonstrate honesty, professionalism, responsibility, and strong work ethics. • Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed working drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). • Communicate complex design concepts clearly and effectively to clients and team members. • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues while maintaining excellent client relationships. • Apply strong design principles, rendering techniques, graphic presentation skills, and colour psychology. • Utilize architectural software proficiently, including Revit (or ArchiCAD), AutoCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp. • Have your own functional Laptop Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree in Architecture. • Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and interior design projects. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
