Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience working with industrial printing machines (Offset or related press machinery). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of machine setup, paper loading, and ink adjustment. Ability to perform routine cleaning and minor mechanical troubleshooting. Strong eye for detail to monitor print alignment, color accuracy, and overall quality. Physical Attributes: Good physical stamina (ability to stand for extended periods) and excellent color vision. Soft Skills: Punctuality, a strong work ethic, and strict adherence to workplace safety protocols. Main Responsibilities: Assist the lead operator in setting up and preparing printing machines for production runs. Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions, misalignments, or print defects. Perform daily cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of printing units. Assist in handling materials, including paper stock, ink supplies, and finished print products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
