Position Overview Bezaw Curbside is looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Marketing Officer Intern to support the Head of Business Operations in day-to-day business activities, marketing coordination, customer communication, and operational follow up. The role is suitable for someone who is eager to gain practical experience in business operations, marketing, customer relations, and business development . Key Responsibilities Business Operations Support • Assist the Head of Business Operations with daily business activities and follow-ups. • Support the coordination and follow-up of business tasks, meetings, and appointments. • Support the Head of Business Operations in coordinating internal teams. • Help identify operational issues and communicate them to the relevant team. • Perform administrative and organizational tasks related to business operations. Marketing Support • Assist with planning and implementing marketing activities. • Support social media content planning and coordination. • Assist in preparing marketing materials, captions, presentations, and promotional content. • Support customer and market research. • Assist in monitoring competitors and identifying potential business opportunities. • Help collect and organize marketing and customer feedback. Customer & Business Development Support • Assist in communicating with existing and potential customers. • Support lead generation and customer follow-up. • Help maintain customer and business contact records. • Assist with preparing proposals, quotations, and other business documents when required. • Support the identification of potential clients, partners, and business opportunities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Management, Economics, or a related field. • trong interest in business operations, marketing, and business development . • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, partners, and team members. • Good written and spoken English • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Ability to prepare professional documents and presentations. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks. • Willingness to learn and take responsibility. • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team. • Previous work experience is not required , but internship, volunteer, marketing, sales, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
