Ananas is an early stage e-commerce company built on social media. we sell through the content we create. We're a small, founder led team moving fast, and this role sits right at the center. What you'll do: - Own our social media presence (IG, TikTok, Facebook): content calendar, posting, engagement, and performance tracking. - You'll work closely with our video editor/graphics designer to bring content to life, so you don't need to shoot or edit everything yourself. But a good eye for what performs helps. - Support the CEO directly: schedule, emails, documents, follow ups, coordination with the team What we need: - Organized and able to juggle priorities Comfortable writing content and captions in a brand voice - Strong sense of what makes content perform on social - Self starter, trustworthy, eager to learn - No formal experience required, personal projects, freelance work, or a club you ran counts Nice to have: - Basic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut), even if you won't be doing the heavy lifting yourself - Experience growing an account or running a campaign that drove sales Details: location: Addis Ababa Position: Full-time, Internship/Entry-level Salary: 15,000 ETB/month To apply: Send your CV + (if you have one) a link to content or accounts you've worked on
