Our commitment to delivering superior poultry products is reflected in our slogan, “Loyal To Quality.” It is the first BGS Supermarket and Restaurant Position: Customer Assessment Data Collector Required Qualifications & Skills: • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Statistics, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or data collection • Experience in conducting customer surveys or market research is an added advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude • Ability to approach customers confidently and politely. • Basic knowledge of smartphones, QR code scanning, and online survey platforms Key Responsibilities: • Politely invite customers to participate in the customer satisfaction survey. • Assist customers in scanning the QR code when requested. • Explain the purpose and importance of the survey. • Ensure customers complete the survey independently without influencing their responses. • Monitor daily survey participation and report response rates. • Verify that QR codes are visible, accessible, and functioning properly.
