KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Finance Cash management control, daily receipts, and reporting compliance. • Control and safeguard branch cash, safes, and petty cash in line with ATP finance policy. 2. Branch Operations Core branch workflows, localized KPI achievement, cost management, and team leadership. • Supervise and coordinate the branch's day-to-day operational workflow end to end. 3. Road Cargo Ground fleet coordination, route dispatching, and transit efficiency. • Coordinate local ground fleet availability, loading, and readiness for scheduled dispatches. 4. Mail & Courier Last-mile courier logistics, sorting, and communications. • Oversee sorting and routing of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels for accuracy and speed. 5. Shipment Recovery Lost cargo tracking, exception reporting, and client resolutions. • Track and investigate lost, delayed, or misrouted shipments originating from or destined to the branch. 6. Commercial Regional sales alignment, account retention, and business growth. • Support execution of regional sales and marketing initiatives at branch level. 7. IT & Systems Local software uptime, hardware maintenance, data sync protocols, and system management. • Monitor local uptime of operational software and escalate outages to IT & Systems promptly. 8. HR & General Services (GS) or Corporate facilities Attendance tracking, disciplinary enforcement, team management, and office utilities. • Track and record branch staff attendance, leave, and punctuality. • Enforce workplace discipline and company policy, escalating cases per HR procedure. Qualification · Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or another related field. · Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader position. · Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
