M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study with relevant work experience out of with 6/8 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent core banking business related job positions. Duties and Responsibilities: -Develop and implement service delivery plan and programs to optimize service excellence and customer experience in the branch. -Ensure proper compilation of information for loan request, analyze request and submit same to the appropriate organ for further processing and approval. -Lead the branch staff to ensure coordination, consistency, and to create selling and cross-selling opportunities, and assist in answering questions and resolving issues. -Monitor customer service delivery in the branch and ensure that customer expectations are consistently meet and exceeded. -Work with Branch Expansion and Performance team in establishing customer service, operational and business objectives for the Branch.
