Job description

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or another related field, with a minimum of 8 years of professional banking experience, including at least 1 year of experience as a Grade-I Branch Manager or in an equivalent managerial role. Demonstrated ability to manage branch operations, lead and supervise banking staff, develop customer relationships, oversee credit and financial activities, manage branch performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve business targets is essential.
