Job Title: Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist About Us At Nexaro , we are looking for a creative and data-driven marketing professional to take ownership of our clients brand presence and help connect with our audience in meaningful ways. The Role We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist to be the voice and growth engine of our brand online. In this role, you will be the architect behind our digital footprint—balancing the art of organic social media storytelling with the science of high-performing paid advertising. If you know how to build a loyal community through engaging short-form video content, but also know your way around Ads Manager to drive conversions, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities Brand & Organic Content: • Content Creation: Develop, design, and write highly engaging organic content across our primary social media channels. • Brand Voice: Champion and protect the Nexaro brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital touchpoints. • Community Management: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a vibrant online community. • Content Strategy: Create and maintain a dynamic monthly content calendar that aligns with product launches, company milestones, and industry trends. Paid Advertising: • Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage targeted paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. • A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, creatives, and audiences to optimize for the highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lowest Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). • Budgeting: Manage the digital advertising budget effectively to maximize reach and conversions. Reporting & Analytics: • Monitor and analyze the performance of both organic posts and paid campaigns. • Translate data into actionable insights and provide weekly or monthly reports on key metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion rate, ROI). What We’re Looking For • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role. • Ad Expertise: A strong track record of running successful paid campaigns and managing ad platforms. • Creative Chops: Strong eye for design and video creation, with proficiency in content creation software. • Copywriting: Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt your tone to fit the Nexaro brand voice—from catchy ad headlines to authentic social captions. • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into analytics platforms to measure what’s working and what isn’t. • Self-Starter: Ability to brainstorm ideas independently and execute them from start to finish.
