Key Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and maintain company documentation. • Write and develop business proposals, project proposals, and company profiles. • Prepare tender documents and assist with bid submissions. • Create reports, presentations, and professional business correspondence. • Maintain document templates, records, and filing systems. • Coordinate with technical and management teams to gather information for proposals and reports. • Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and other business documents. • Ensure all documents meet quality, formatting, and compliance standards. • Support project documentation and administrative activities. • Assist management with research, data collection, and operational tasks as needed. • Track tender opportunities and submission deadlines. • Help improve internal documentation processes and standards. Requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to write professional business documents and reports. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong research and information-gathering skills. • Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
