AIT Technology is seeking a results-driven Business Marketing Development Officer to expand our network through active field engagement and systematic lead generation. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, fostering B2B relationships, and acting as the primary face of our organization to potential institutional partners. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify high-potential institutional leads, utilizing cold calling, networking, and field visits to build a robust sales pipeline. • Field Engagement: Conduct frequent on-site visits to schools, universities, and corporate training centers to establish presence and build trust within the assigned territory. • Partnership Development: Initiate, negotiate, and formalize strategic partnerships, acting as a consultant to understand institutional pain points and offering AIT Technology solutions. • Networking & Outreach: Represent the company at educational conferences, seminars, and local business events to maximize brand visibility and generate new business inquiries. • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to partnership closure, ensuring high conversion rates through persistent and professional follow-ups. • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the field, providing actionable feedback to leadership to refine our partnership strategies. • CRM Documentation: Log all outreach, meetings, and partnership progress accurately within our CRM system to ensure transparent performance tracking. • Targets & KPIs: Achieve or exceed monthly targets for new leads generated, meetings conducted, and partnerships secured. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales, Marketing,business development, field sales, or partnership management. • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships and navigate complex institutional decision-making processes. • Skills: Strong persuasive communication, negotiation tactics, and the ability to convert cold leads into active partnerships. • Field-Ready: Highly motivated to work outside the office, with a demonstrated ability to manage a territory and conduct effective on-site presentations. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics,Engineering or a related field. • Professionalism: Ability to professionally represent AIT Technology to high-level stakeholders and decision-makers in the education and corporate sectors. • "If you can't start immediately, please don't apply!
