Position: Senior  Risk and Compliance Officer Educational Qualification and Experience: • BA degree in Business administration, Finance, Economics, management and related fields with Eight years of relevant work experience. • Master’s degree in a relevant field with six years of relevant work experience. • Additionally, an LLB degree in law is an advantag • Professional background related to Risk management, legal services, compliance, or governance (advantage). Skill and Competence required: • Practical experience in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and internal control systems preferably in microfinance or financial institutions • Experience in AML/CTF monitoring and fraud detection is an advantage • Proven experience coordinating with internal units and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
