Job Summary The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer interactions, supporting loan recovery processes, conducting telemarketing activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Debt Collection & Recovery • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely loan repayments • Negotiate repayment plans with customers • Maintain accurate records of collection activities 2. Telemarketing • Promote company products and services to potential customers • Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients • Maintain a professional and persuasive approach during calls 3. Verification • Conduct customer verification calls for loan applications • Confirm client information and ensure accuracy of records • Report any inconsistencies or risks identified 4.
