We are looking for enthusiastic, clear-spoken, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Call Center Representatives. (Mon- sat afternoon 12:00 -3:00 LT and Sunday morning 3:00 - 3:00 LT) In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling [inbound inquiries / outbound outreach / technical support], resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every call.  It is preferred if you live close to the area of 22 Mazoriya. Key Responsibilities Customer Support : Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. Problem Solving : Diagnose customer issues, provide accurate information, and walk customers through solutions using our internal knowledge base. Data Entry : Accurately log call details, customer updates, and resolution steps in our CRM software during and after each interaction. Escalation : Identify complex issues that require specialized attention and escalate them to the appropriate tier or supervisor according to established guidelines. Performance Goals : Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to schedule. Qualifications & Skills Experience: we are open to training the right candidate. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, patient, and empathetic phone demeanor. Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate multiple computer screens, search databases, and type accurately while speaking with a customer.
