The role is to conduct a terminal evaluation of the Strengthening Inclusive Access to Legal Aid Services for Marginalized Groups project in Benishangul-Gumuz Region. Applicants must hold an advanced degree in Law, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Human Rights, Public Policy, or a related field and have at least five years of experience conducting evaluations, preferably in justice, legal aid, governance, human rights, or development programming. The consultant will review project documents, conduct field visits and interviews, assess performance against objectives, evaluate effectiveness, and produce inception, draft, and final reports along with presentations.
