We're looking for a full-time Cinematographer to join our team. This role is focused on capturing high-quality video and helping bring creative ideas to life. You'll work with our team during production, operate the camera, direct Hosts, and make sure the footage meets the creative direction of each project. We're a growing team, so some processes may change as we improve the way we work. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in that kind of environment, is willing to learn, and can adapt when needed. This is a full-time position. Applicants should be available during working hours and should not have other commitments that would affect their work. Responsibilities • Capture high-quality video for client projects and company content. • Work with the team to understand the creative direction before filming. • Direct talent during filming when needed. • Choose appropriate camera angles, framing, lighting, and camera movement. • Make sure footage is technically and visually ready for editing. • Take care of cameras, lenses, lighting, and other production equipment. • Work with editors to ensure they have the footage they need. • Share ideas that can improve the quality of the final videos. Requirements • Experience operating professional cameras. • Good understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Attention to detail and a responsible work ethic. • Willing to work in a growing environment where processes and responsibilities may change over time. • Available to work full-time with no other commitments that would interfere with the role.
