Lumen Communications is looking for a skilled and creative Cameraman/Videographer to join our production team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and has experience capturing high-quality footage for social media, commercials, interviews, events, and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and production teams to produce compelling video content that engages audiences and reflects our clients' brands. Key Responsibilities • Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment. • Capture high-quality video footage for social media, advertisements, interviews, events, and promotional content. • Set up and adjust camera angles, lighting, and equipment to achieve the desired visual style. • Work with the creative team to plan and execute video shoots. • Ensure all footage is properly framed, focused, and exposed. • Maintain and organize camera equipment, ensuring it is clean and in excellent working condition. • Assist with location scouting and shoot preparation when required. • Transfer, organize, and back up footage after each production. • Stay up to date with the latest videography techniques, camera technology, and production trends. Requirements • Proven experience as a Cameraman, Videographer, or in a similar role. • Proficiency in operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras. • Strong understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting, and camera movement. • Experience filming content for social media platforms is an advantage. • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and creative vision. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience using gimbals, drones, and professional audio equipment. • Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is an advantage. • A portfolio showcasing previous videography work.
