About the Role Swift Addis Auto Care is seeking an experienced Chemist to develop and improve automotive cleaning products, starting with a premium car shampoo. This role is for someone with hands-on formulation experience in cleaning or automotive care products. Key Responsibilities - Formulate and test car shampoo products. - Develop safe, effective, high-quality formulas. - Improve product stability and consistency. - Recommend raw materials and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Work with our team to prepare products for production. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. - Experience with automotive cleaning products, detergents, surfactants, or similar formulations. - Knowledge of formulation, lab testing, and quality control. - Strong problem-solving and product development skills.
