1 Main Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for providing accurate Chinese-English-Amharic translation and interpretation to facilitate communication between Chinese and local employess. • Assist the factory chemist and factory manager with daily operations,productions,coordination, documentation, meeting and administrative tasks to ensure efficient factory performance. • Translate Verbal and written communication between Chinese and local staffs. • Prepare and translate reports, production records and technical documents. • Attend Meeting and provide interpretation services. • Coordinate communication between departments. • Assist with purchasing, inventory and supplier communication when required. 2 Required Skills Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) • Good computer skills(Microsoft office). • English language. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and team work. • Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes is an advantage. 3 Preferred Qualification • Bachelor's degree in any field. • Fluent in Chinese • 0-2 years experience as translator and assistant manager • Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes is an advantage.
