We are looking for a responsible and active Cleaning Service Manager who can supervise staff, maintain service quality, communicate with customers, and find new cleaning service sites/contracts for the company. Main Responsibilities • Manage and supervise all cleaning staff • Make sure workers arrive on time and perform their duties properly • Check the quality of cleaning at customer sites • Train staff on proper cleaning procedures and customer service • Create staff schedules and manage attendance • Solve customer complaints professionally • Monitor cleaning materials and equipment • Find new cleaning service sites, customers, and contracts • Build relationships with companies, apartments, offices, and businesses • Report daily and weekly activities to the company owner • Ensure staff follow company rules and wear uniforms properly • Increase company sales and help grow the business Requirements • Good leadership and communication skills • Experience in cleaning service, hospitality, or management is a plus • Ability to manage a team and solve problems quickly • Basic marketing and customer handling skills • Honest, responsible, and hardworking • Able to work under pressure • Basic knowledge of using phone apps like WhatsApp, TikTok, and Telegram for communication and marketing Salary & Benefits • Salary: Negotiable • Commission/bonus for bringing new cleaning contracts or customers
