Role Summary The Client Delivery & Brand Systems Manager oversees the successful delivery of client projects across branding, marketing, websites, CRM, and PCS implementation services. This role acts as the primary link between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve business objectives. The role also supports client retention, account growth, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Operations • Oversee branding, marketing, website, CRM, and PCS projects. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed timelines. • Monitor project progress and address risks or bottlenecks. • Maintain visibility across active projects and priorities. • Keep project documentation and deliverables organized and up to date. Team & Project Coordination • Support Account Executives and Project Managers throughout project execution. • Coordinate activities across creative, marketing, content, website, and systems teams. • Align priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across departments. • Assist with resource planning and workload management. Client Success & Account Management • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Manage client expectations and provide proactive communication. • Resolve project-related issues and support escalations when required. • Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account success. Client Growth & Expansion • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements. • Recommend relevant services aligned with client goals. • Support upselling, cross-selling, and proposal development. • Contribute to account growth and increased client lifetime value. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement • Review key deliverables before client presentation. • Maintain quality standards across all projects. • Improve workflows, systems, and delivery processes. • Support SOP, template, and operational framework development. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, project management, agency operations, or similar roles. • Experience managing branding, marketing, website, or digital projects. • Strong understanding of client service, branding, and marketing environments. • Experience using project management systems and structured workflows. • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Agency, consulting, or service-based business experience preferred. • Familiarity with CRM platforms, automation tools, and business systems is an advantage.
