Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Development Representative (CDR) to help grow our client base by identifying prospective customers, initiating meaningful conversations, and qualifying leads. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships and creating new business opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact with potential clients and works closely with the sales team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Identify and research prospective clients through various online platforms and databases • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify sales opportunities • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients • Accurately update and manage lead information in the CRM system • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates • Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends Qualifications • Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer service, or a related field is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting proactive outreach • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
