Key Responsibilities • Identify and research prospective clients through various online platforms and databases • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify sales opportunities • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients • Accurately update and manage lead information in the CRM system • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates • Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends Qualifications • Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer service, or a related field is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting proactive outreach • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
