Job description
The successful candidate should possess a Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in Pediatrics, with Neonatology specialization preferred. Demonstrated deep clinical expertise in neonatal care, along with strong understanding of public health systems and large-scale neonatal mortality reduction strategies, is essential. The candidate should have the ability to provide and oversee specialized neonatal care, develop and implement evidence-based interventions, strengthen health systems, analyze clinical and public health data, and coordinate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to improve neonatal health outcomes.
