Position 1: Regional Sales Manager Skills, Experience & Education : Education • First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/Business Administration or related field of studies Experience • 5 years’ experience in sales within an FMCG environment, with 3 years in a management role • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a sales team. • Ability to work cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams. • Strong customer relationship management experience, particularly with key accounts. Functional Capabilities • Sales leadership • Coaching and development • Team management • Customer engagement • Sales execution • Third party Distribution Management Location : Addis Ababa Position 2: Associate Legal Counsel Education : • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) Experience : • Minimum of 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in a multinational or regulated industry. Preferred Skills : • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian commercial law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks • Solid understanding of substantive and procedural laws within the country legal system • Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation • Experience in litigation management and handling legal disputes • Strong background in corporate and/or commercial legal practice • Demonstrated capability in regulatory compliance and legal risk management • Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations in a corporate or multinational environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal reasoning skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for legal documentation and stakeholder engagement • Ability to work effectively in regulated or complex business environment Location : Addis Ababa Closing Date: 2026/07/05 How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online by using the below coca cola company E-Recruitment website based on the position list.
