Job description

This role focuses on implementing landscape restoration and livelihood interventions at the grassroots level in Ethiopia. The worker collaborates with district and village stakeholders to identify degraded communal lands, register vulnerable beneficiaries, and support tree seedling production and planting activities. They also assist in data collection for baseline and end-line studies, facilitate capacity-building trainings, and conduct progress assessments to report gaps and solutions. Strong field experience in landscape restoration, agroforestry, FMNR, community facilitation, local familiarity, and motorcycle driving skills are required.
