Key Responsibilities/Duties: -Preparing construction organization designs, construction methodologies, and technical work plans for various projects. - Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents before project execution. -Working with other department to Conduct site visit to ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. -Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to get project biding information. - Ensuring compliance with applicable construction codes, environmental requirements, and occupational health and safety standards. -Participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide professional advice on construction planning, methodologies, and project implementation. Purpose of the Role: -To prepare construction organization designs, construction methodologies, and technical implementation plans for various construction projects. -To support the tendering department in preparing technical proposals and construction organization plans for bidding documents. -To provide professional technical advice on construction planning, construction methods, and project execution during client meetings and project negotiations. -To assist project teams in resolving technical and construction-related issues while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
