Content Planning • Research social media trends. • Develop content ideas and scripts. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams. • Plan weekly and monthly content calendars. Social Media Create content for: • Facebook • Instagram • TikTok • YouTube • LinkedIn • Telegram Marketing Content Promote ZAINX products and services, including: • POS • ERP Solutions • AI Solutions • Cybersecurity • Mobile Applications • Custom Software Development • Cloud Services Copywriting • Write captions. • Prepare video scripts. • Draft blog posts. • Create marketing messages. • Produce campaign content. Requirements • Excellent spoken Amharic and English. • Confident and professional on camera. • Strong presentation and storytelling skills. • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends. • Basic understanding of technology is an advantage. • 1+ years of experience in hosting, presenting, journalism, broadcasting, or content creation. KPIs • 10–15 hosted videos per month. • 8–12 product presentations. • 4–6 educational videos. • Weekly live sessions or interviews. • Consistent growth in audience engagement.
