Our mission is to help our students become better equipped for real life through exceptional education. We are looking for a content creator to support our marketing initiatives. The content creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and educational English language content for a variety of platforms. Your work will support learners preparing for English proficiency tests and those aiming to improve their overall English skills. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Presentation • Create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Telegram. • Serve as one of the public faces of ECP Admission in educational and promotional videos. • Explain scholarship opportunities, test preparation strategies, college admissions, student success stories, and study-abroad topics in a clear and engaging manner. • Develop scripts, content ideas, and storytelling concepts that attract and educate students and parents. • Participate in interviews, webinars, live sessions, and student success features. Social Media & Marketing Support • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns aligned with our company growth objectives. • Identify social media trends and adapt them for educational content. • Increase audience engagement through creative, informative, and entertaining content. • Contribute ideas that expand ECP's brand awareness and student reach. • Analyze competitor content and provide recommendations for improvement. • Support lead generation efforts by creating content that drives inquiries and enrollments. Qualifications Required • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Comfortable speaking confidently on camera. • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation abilities. • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. • Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred • Experience creating educational or social media content. • Knowledge of university admissions. • Experience with SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, DET, or college application processes. • Previous experience in educational consultancy business. • Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement strategies. Salary: 15,000 Output: 10 TikTok videos and 2 YouTube videos per week Location: Bole, Addis Ababa. This will mostly be a remote role (expected to come to the office 1-2 days a week to record content).
