1. COMPANY OVERVIEW Our organization is strategically transitioning into a unified Holding Corporate structure, integrating eight (8) dynamic subsidiary companies operating across diverse, multi-sector operations. To effectively guide this large-scale corporate consolidation, optimize financial group synergy, and establish robust executive governance across all business units, we are seeking an exceptionally qualified and strategic Corporate Finance Manager. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Financial Consolidation: Consolidate, evaluate, and manage the financial statements, corporate reporting, and accounting pipelines of all eight (8) diversified subsidiary companies at the holding level. · Strategic Budgeting & Investment: Partner with Subsidiary General Managers to design, audit, and evaluate Annual Plans and Investment Plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and capital efficiency across multiple business sectors. · Treasury & Liquidity Management: Monitor corporate-level cash flow, optimal credit allocation, and inter-company fund distribution structures to maximize liquidity efficiency. · Internal Control & Compliance: Implement uniform financial workflows, standardized internal control frameworks, and ensure rigorous corporate tax compliance across all diversified operating units. 3. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS · Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master Degree (MBA/MSc) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. · Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of progressive professional experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years serving in senior finance leadership positions such as CFO, Finance Director, Group Finance Manager, or equivalent. · Sector-Specific Preference: Direct and proven financial management experience within Manufacturing, Cosmetics, FMCG (Food & Beverages), or Agriculture sectors is highly preferred and will be given significant priority. · Technical Skills: High-level mastery of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)፣ Proven experience in IFRS reporting and structured financial modeling toolsets. 4.Company Level: Holding Corporate Level (Overseeing 8 Subsidiaries) Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of Directors Application Deadline: July 19, 2026 (or within 10 days from the date of this announcement
