1. COMPANY OVERVIEW Our organization is strategically transitioning into a unified Holding Corporate structure, integrating eight (8) dynamic subsidiary companies operating across diverse, multi-sector operations (including Manufacturing, Cosmetics, FMCG, Agriculture, and Retail/Distribution). To effectively harmonize our organizational design, establish standardized HR governance, and drive a high-performance corporate culture across all business units, we are seeking an exceptionally qualified and strategic Corporate HR Manager. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·         HR Policy Integration: Formulate, standardize, and implement uniform HR policies, employee handbooks, and operational guidelines across all eight (8) subsidiaries, ensuring strict alignment with the Ethiopian Labor Proclamation. ·         Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and executive talent mapping pipelines for corporate-level roles and subsidiary General Managers. ·         Performance Management: Design and manage result-oriented performance evaluation frameworks (KPIs) to foster productivity and align individual business units with the holding company's strategic goals. ·         Employee Relations & Compliance: Oversee group-wide labor relations, manage grievance procedures, resolve complex disciplinary cases, and represent the corporate structure in labor-related regulatory matters. 3. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS ·         Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in HR Management is highly preferred. ·         Experience: 6 to 8 years of progressive HR management experience, with a proven track record of overseeing multi-entity setups, managing diversified workforces, or guiding corporate organizational restructuring. ·         Sector-Specific Preference: Direct and proven HR management experience within Manufacturing, Cosmetics, FMCG (Food & Beverages), or Agriculture sectors is highly preferred and will be given significant priority. ·         Core Capabilities: Exhaustive knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law, stellar dispute resolution skills, advanced interpersonal communication, and organizational leadership mastery. 4.
