About the Role: - we are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing costs, preparing cost reports, monitoring inventory costs, and supporting management in making informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze cost reports and financial data. Monitor production and operational costs. Conduct cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate inventory and cost accounting records. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in cost accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting methods. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
