Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints. - Manage customer accounts and provide support. - Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. - Promoting customer loyalty and retention. - Answering phone calls and giving vivid information to esteemed customers. - Conducting promotional activities and events to raise brand awareness. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. - Provide excellent customer service and support.
