Main Purpose: To follow up customer orders, confirm advance payment status, track installation jobs, update customers on time, record complaints, and report delays or issues to the responsible department. Main Duties: • Track active customer orders daily. • Update customers about order status and expected completion dates. • Follow up on pending advance payments and confirm payment status with finance. • Coordinate with production departments to check order progress. • Follow up installation jobs before, during, and after site work. • Confirm installation team arrival, progress, and completion. • Record customer complaints and escalate them to the responsible manager. • Maintain accurate order follow-up sheets. • Prepare daily customer service and order follow-up reports. • Support management by identifying repeated customer issues and delays.
