The opportunity is open to Junior, Mid-level and Senior candidates. Salary : 15,000 - 25,000 based on qualification + commission Key Responsibilities • Communicate with diaspora clients through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options • Conduct professional online property presentations and consultations • Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong client relationships • Guide clients through the property selection and purchasing process • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions • Coordinate with property developers, property owners, and internal teams • Assist clients with property searches, website navigation, and inquiries • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client trust • Achieve individual and team sales targets Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field • Good spoken and written English • 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service • Real estate sales experience is a plus • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset • Basic computer skills and willingness to work in the field • Professional customer service mindset • Ability to conduct professional online meetings and presentations • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email communication, and online collaboration tools What We Offer • Salary + Attractive incentives and earning potential • Career growth in real estate sales • Supportive and professional sales environment • Training and ongoing coaching
