As we expand our Learning Management System (LMS), website, and digital education services, we are looking for a highly capable Digital Learning Systems & IT Operations Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure and ensure a seamless online learning experience for students and staff. Position Summary The Digital Learning Systems & IT Operations Manager will be responsible for the development, administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of DELTA’s Learning Management System, website, and digital platforms. The successful candidate will combine software development, LMS administration, website management, UI/UX design, IT support, cybersecurity awareness, and digital operations into one leadership role. Key Responsibilities Learning Management System (LMS) • Install, configure, customize, and maintain the DELTA LMS. • Manage course creation, student enrollment, instructor access, assessments, certificates, and learner records. • Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings. • Implement and maintain LMS plugins, integrations, and third-party applications. • Monitor platform performance, uptime, and scalability. • Maintain documentation and technical standards. Website Development & Management • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the DELTA website. • Build responsive, secure, and user-friendly web pages. • Optimize website speed, SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. • Implement new features and integrations as required. Software Development • Develop custom LMS features and web applications. • Integrate payment gateways, CRM systems, APIs, email services, analytics tools, and automation workflows. • Manage version control and deployment processes. • Collaborate with third-party vendors and developers when necessary. Technical Support • Provide technical support to students, instructors, and staff. • Troubleshoot LMS, website, login, enrollment, payment, and course-access issues. • Resolve bugs and technical problems promptly. • Maintain an internal help desk and issue-tracking process. Digital Operations & Infrastructure • Manage domains, hosting, SSL certificates, backups, and cloud infrastructure. • Monitor system security and implement cybersecurity best practices. • Maintain software licenses and digital assets. • Ensure business continuity through backup and disaster recovery procedures. Graphic Design & User Experience • Design digital assets, banners, landing pages, and interface elements. • Ensure consistency with DELTA’s brand identity. • Improve user experience across the LMS and website. Data & Reporting • Monitor learner engagement and website analytics. • Generate reports on system performance, user activity, and operational metrics. • Recommend improvements based on data and user feedback. Qualifications Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
