We're growing fast and looking for a creative digital marketer to tell our story and grow our audience. The role We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer & Content Creator who can build our online presence from the ground up — creating engaging content every day, growing our channels, and generating leads for our sales team. You'll own our social media, content, and digital campaigns across all platforms. What you'll do Create content daily — posts, graphics, short videos, and stories for LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other platforms Grow our followers, engagement, and brand awareness Write clear, engaging copy in Amharic and English Turn our product and customer stories into content that generates leads Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and improve based on data Work closely with the sales team to feed them warm leads What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience with hands-on work across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads A portfolio — real content you've created and channels/campaigns you've run (required) Strong content creation skills — writing, basic graphic design (e.g. Canva), and short video editing (e.g. CapCut) Fluent in Amharic and English, with excellent writing in both Data-driven — comfortable tracking results and adjusting Self-starter who ships content consistently without hand-holding Interest in tech is a strong plus What we offer Competitive salary based on experience Creative freedom to build our brand from the ground up Real growth opportunity in a fast-growing Ethiopian tech company A product you'll be excited to promote
