Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies. • Manage and update the company's social media platforms. • Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and promotional materials. • Plan and execute social media and online advertising campaigns. • Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to support marketing objectives. • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management. • Experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms. • Familiarity with digital advertising tools and analytics platforms. • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
