As we continue to grow, we're looking for creative, proactive, and digitally savvy digital marketing Interns to support our growing marketing efforts. This role combines graphic design, social media management, community engagement, and content support, making it ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in startup marketing. Key Responsibilities • Assist in designing social media posts, carousels, stories, and promotional materials for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Assist in creating visual content for campaigns, announcements, and marketing initiatives • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding where appropriate • Support community-building activities, campaigns, and engagement initiatives • Assist in researching trends, viral content formats, and audience insights • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts • Maintain consistency with Zayno's brand identity across all content • Assist with basic video editing, content formatting, and content organization as needed Requirements • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar design tools • Active user of social media platforms including • Strong communication and organizational skills • Creative mindset with attention to detail • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced startup environment • Interest in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and community engagement Preferred Qualifications • Portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media content, or creative projects • Experience managing personal, school, or organizational social media accounts • Proficiency in both English and Amharic What You Will Gain • Hands-on experience working with a fast-growing Ethiopian startup • Exposure to content marketing, branding, social media management, and community building • Opportunity to contribute to real campaigns and marketing initiatives • Potential opportunity for long-term engagement based on performance
