Job Description Ethio College Prep equips Ethiopian students to secure world‑class education in the U.S. and Canada. Since 2019 we’ve guided hundreds to scholarships and admissions at top universities. As we scale our programs, we need a magnetic online presence to reach even more students. We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketer to own content creation and distribution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram. Your mission: turn educational insight into viral, lead‑generating media that drives enrollment. Responsibilities • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives. • Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar for all platforms. • Plan campaigns in advance to avoid delays, rushed execution, or resource shortages. • Lead, supervise, and coordinate all members of the marketing department. • Manage marketing projects based on the company’s current priorities and assign responsibilities according to project needs. • Provide clear direction, regular training, coaching, and early corrective feedback to team members before issues become prolonged. • Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels. • Improve cost per lead and conversion rate. • Build retargeting systems. • Generate innovative marketing ideas, campaigns, and promotional concepts. • Continuously improve existing campaigns based on market demand, performance data, and customer feedback. • Lead external campaigns involving influencers, media partners, public figures, and other promotional channels. • Create A/B testing to uncover the best marketing strategies we need to employ. • Work closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of student-facing and internal activities. • Coordinate the activities of the website developer and content creators and all supporting personnel to ensure consistency with approved marketing plans and deadlines. • Prevent unnecessary delays, confusion, or actions that negatively affect campaign performance. • Develop internal marketing rules, systems, workflows, and operational guidelines to ensure smooth departmental performance. • Recommend improvements to systems, reporting structures, and marketing processes. • Perform any other marketing, branding, growth, or management responsibilities reasonably assigned by the Employer. Qualifications • Proven results managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Telegram channels • Strong writing—hooks, captions, scripts, calls‑to‑action • Eye for trends, formats, and data‑driven experimentation • Experience running a content calendar from ideation to publish • Self‑starter with tight organization and crisp communication • Comfortable with Google Workspace, scheduling, and collaboration tools • Technical Proficiency: reliable laptop + high‑speed internet • background in education content, knowledge of Ethiopian student and scholarship landscape, analytics (views, watch‑time, engagement), familiarity with CapCut, Buffer, Trello, or similar Benefits • Flexible schedule (3 days a week at the office, 2 days a week remotely) • Direct mentorship and fast‑track career growth inside one of Ethiopia’s fastest‑growing education companies Salary = 20,000-30,000 Apply using the following link:  https://forms.gle/CDRG44AK68Vhikj78
