Strategic Marketing & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the Addispaw app and website across all major channels. Collaborate seamlessly with our development team to align marketing initiatives with platform updates, new digital features, and overall company goals. B. Social Media Management Manage, grow, and optimize our daily presence across all social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and more). Ensure daily posting schedules are met with highly engaging, creative, and relevant content that appeals to property buyers, sellers, and renters. C. Paid Advertising & Promotions Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns and targeted boosts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Handle all advertising payment methods and manage ad spend effectively to maximize reach, platform growth, and return on investment. D. Lead Generation & User Acquisition Design and implement effective lead-generation strategies to attract high-quality users to the platform. Drive user acquisition by actively promoting app downloads (Play Store/App Store) and driving consistent traffic to the website. E. Content Creation & Storytelling Produce creative, attractive, and high-quality video content tailored to current trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. Utilize strong video editing and storytelling skills to visually showcase properties, digital features, and the benefits of using Addispaw. 3. Qualifications & Required Skills Proven experience in managing digital marketing and social media accounts for brands, apps, or digital products. Extensive experience in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok marketing, including managing paid promotions, ad accounts, and campaigns. • Strong proficiency in video editing and digital content creation. • Excellent storytelling abilities with a highly creative mindset. • Demonstrated success in lead generation and executing digital growth strategies. • Highly collaborative with the ability to work closely with technical teams. • Ability to consistently manage daily postings and multiple accounts seamlessly.
