Role Summary The Door-to-Door Sales Agent will play a key role in driving direct sales by engaging with retailers and wholesalers in assigned territories, demonstrating product value, and ensuring strong market visibility for the company’s brands. The agent will act as the face of Phoenix Ethiopia, providing excellent customer service, collecting valuable feedback, and contributing to overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities • Actively manage assigned territories to promote and sell the company’s products directly to retailers. • Collect data on a given route • Deliver engaging and informative product presentations to potential retailers and consumers. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with customer outlets. • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales supervisor for continuous improvement. • Must meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation and transaction reports. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing. • Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand reputation during all sales interactions. • Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales coverage and market penetration. • Participate in product and sales training sessions as required. Qualifications and Skills • At least one years of experience in door to door sales on FMCG products (Water, Biscuits, Soft dinks, Beer....). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade customers. • Experience in sales work or training is an added advantage. • Knowledge of the FMCG industries preferred. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability. • Minimum requirement: Diploma+ BA degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field is a plus.
