Senior Drafts Person (2 Positions) Location: Megenagna, Shola, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time) Salary: Negotiable About the Position We are seeking two experienced Senior Drafts Persons to join our growing architectural and engineering team. The successful candidates will prepare high-quality architectural drawings, coordinate with engineers and architects, and produce accurate technical documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD. • Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. • Revise drawings based on project requirements and design changes. • Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and sanitary engineers. • Ensure drawings comply with Ethiopian building regulations and company standards. • Organize and maintain project drawing files. • Support project documentation and permit submission processes. • Meet project deadlines while maintaining excellent quality. Required Skills • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD . • Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards. • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Strong attention to detail and time management. • Knowledge of construction methods and building regulations is an advantage. Qualifications • Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field. • Senior-level drafting experience. • Experience working in architectural or engineering consulting firms is preferred.
