allol is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and calculations from architects, and designers. This role is crucial in transforming design concepts into the detailed technical drawings necessary for production, construction, or manufacturing. Prepare and create precise 2D and 3D technical drawings, models, and plans using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, sikechup Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. Translate initial sketches, design concepts, and survey notes into detailed and accurate technical drawings. Review and modify existing drawings to incorporate revisions, updates, and design changes. Ensure all drawings and designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and company best practices. Calculate dimensions, material requirements, and other technical specifications. Conduct quality checks on all drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity. Maintain an organized digital library of all project drawings, files, and revisions. Assist in preparing technical documents and reports related to the project. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Drafting, , or a related technical field is preferred. A certificate from a technical school in CAD drafting is also acceptable. Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Draftsman, CAD Operator, or in a similar role. Must have prior experience working as a Draftsman within a design company. High proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD and Revit Knowledge: Strong understanding of drafting principles, technical drawing standards, and industry-specific terminology of architectural and civil
