We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented E-Commerce Growth & Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our online sales growth. This is not a role for someone who simply manages social media posts. We need a professional who can independently build, optimize, and scale e-commerce operations while driving measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing real Shopify-based e-commerce stores, running successful marketing campaigns, and increasing online sales through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute customer acquisition and growth strategies Build, manage, and optimize Shopify stores and sales funnels Create and improve product listings, landing pages, and conversion paths Drive targeted traffic through paid and organic marketing channels Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads TikTok Ads Other relevant platforms Improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall revenue Implement email marketing, retargeting, and customer engagement campaigns Monitor and report on key performance metrics including: ROAS CAC Conversion Rate Revenue Growth Identify and test new growth opportunities and marketing channels Take ownership of results and continuously improve performance Requirements Proven experience growing and managing real e-commerce businesses Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (required) Experience with WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, or other platforms is a plus Demonstrated success driving online sales and revenue growth Strong knowledge of: Meta Ads Google Ads SEO Email Marketing Social Media Marketing Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Excellent written and spoken English (required) What We Are Looking For Candidates should be able to demonstrate measurable results such as: Increased website traffic Higher conversion rates Growth in customer acquisition Increased online sales and revenue Successful marketing campaigns with clear performance metrics Experience scaling Shopify stores and improving profitability Why Join Us?
